Karina Vazquez was the one the helped me and my girlfriend. Not sure why other people have bad experience but we had an excellent one. Karina was friendly and very personable, not intrusive at all - fun to be around. Came in for a living room set and we spent like 2 hours there looking at stuff and she was very helpful. We picked up the furniture ourselves everything was easy as far as payment, pick up process etc. definitely recommend to see her if you want a pleasant experience.
